We are a real estate fund established in Portugal (SIC Imobiliária Fechada, S.A.), whose units are held exclusively by Purple Light Investments Lda., headquartered in Singapore. Integrated into the PSR Group, the fund's mission is to develop distinctive real estate projects aligned with a long-term vision and high standards of excellence. Our structure is regulated and supervised by the CMVM and managed by Refundos SGOIC SA, ensuring the highest levels of transparency, rigour and compliance, conveying confidence and security to investors and buyers.
The PSR Group positions itself uniquely in the market by being fully verticalised in the real estate industry, integrating all stages of the value chain — from acquisition and investment structuring, through development and construction, to asset management and commercialisation.
